Efficient Working Training Programmes to help save time and money!

Navigating the rebrand of Microsoft 365

Microsoft recently announced their rebrand from Microsoft 365 to Microsoft 365 Copilot, receiving mixed reviews from users. Historically, Microsoft have been criticised for their rebranding efforts, leaving users confused! 

What does this latest rebrand mean for users? Microsoft are adding the ‘Copilot’ name to their standard 365 package, creating ‘Microsoft 365 Copilot’. But what’s different? Nothing currently! The Microsoft 365 Copilot app will still be the same as your existing Microsoft 365, but with the option to add Copilot at an additional cost. 

So, what is Copilot and how does it help users?  

  • It automates repetitive tasks, such as summarising emails
  • Supports collaboration across Teams 
  • Helps create content, such as emails, presentations, and summaries 
  • Helps make data-driven decisions

Great news from Gamma!

We feel the Gamma Horizon smartphone app wasn’t the most reliable, so it’s great news that Gamma are migrating all users to Cisco Webex, a stable and reliable product, that will enhance the user experience. 

We’ve run several training sessions for our existing customers on the new Webex application. If you need any support during this period of transition, please contact us to discuss.
