Our Ring Central training course provides attendees with the knowledge to confidently use the Ring Central Desktop application. Each session covers an overview of the Ring Central client, how to make and receive calls, call handling options, including hold and transfer, voicemail, contacts, as well as presence and status. Everything you need to get you started on your Ring Central journey. With each of our training courses, we will work with you to tailor the course to your organisation, to ensure we meet your business needs

  • Setting your Default Number
  • Accessing key features - chat, voicemail and contacts
  • Setting presence

Call Handling

  • Making and Receiving Calls
  • Using in call handling features such as hold, mute, touch tone/dial pad
  • Parking Calls (where enabled)
  • Transferring calls – Consultative and Direct
  • Transferring directly to Voicemail
  • Adding participants to a call
  • Accessing Voicemail Messages

Manage Phone Settings

  • Overview of Incoming Call Rules
  • Forwarding of Calls
  • Setting your Voicemail Greetings
  • Managing audio devices
