Zoë O'Neill - Founder

With over 20 years’ experience working in telecoms, covering end user training, engineering, solution design, consulting across telephony, contact centre and unified comms solutions, I have loved seeing the benefits technology brings to a business. Understanding a business need and finding a solution to solve it, is at the heart of what I do. 

Working directly with clients’ or through our business partners, our training and consultancy services have helped many businesses achieve their business goals, through the successful user adoption of new technologies. 

My vision, to help businesses achieve their goals through technology, is exactly why I created Cloud9 Business Services.

Jo Renhard - Customer Experience Director

With over 20 years’ experience in customer facing roles, customer service is at the heart of everything I do. By building strong relationships and really understanding our customers’ business needs, whilst appreciating that every business is different, allows us to tailor our training and consultancy services, to help our customers achieve their business goals.  By understanding that ‘no one size fits all’ this enables me to seek out new opportunities in the unified communications, collaborative working, and contact centre space, supporting the continued growth of Cloud9 Business Services for the future. 

Charlotte Copley - Applications Consultant

Having over 20 years’ experience in the industry and specialising in unified communications and contact centre solutions, my role allows me to work closely with business partners and directly with clients to provide professional services, with the knowledge and experience to assist them with the user adoption of new solutions. Working together throughout a project, to fully understand roles and working practices, allows our training programmes to be more relative to the employee’s day to day working life. 

Being able to advise from experience and deliver bespoke training sessions, ensures the successful adoption of these technologies. It also enables me to design and configure applications, successfully building solutions, to support our customers in achieving their business goals.

Laura Mesiano - Change Consultant

With over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, my role allows me to work with business partners and directly with clients to provide professional services to be competitive in today’s collaborative working world. I design and deliver bespoke training programmes to support the user adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams applications, to drive engagement and improve business efficiencies. Working closely with our clients, I support them with their internal communication plans, to help successfully manage change within their business. In addition, I own our marketing and communication strategy, including all social media and digital communications.

claire Atkins - Training Consultant

Having worked for Cloud9 Business Services since the very start in 2017, I have a good grounding in gathering technical requirements, end user requirements, to support the development of projects and then delivering training to users on their new solutions. This has proved to be the perfect base for delivering Microsoft 365, Teams and Contact Centre training.

Understanding that each customer is unique, means I take the time to understand the necessary background, to ensure any training session is tailored to a customers’ needs. This enables me to deliver engaging sessions that have an instant beneficial impact on the end user, ensuring the successful user adoption of these technologies.

Liesl Marchant - Office Manager

I work quietly behind the scenes to ensure that Cloud9 Business Services is administratively a well-oiled machine.  This involves anything from assisting with the production of customer quotations, overseeing workflow and scheduling, travel and accommodation requirements, sales, and purchase ledger, invoicing, and bill payments, and anything else under the umbrella of admin that the business requires. I ensure that everything runs as smoothly as it can.
